A big part of what GreenDorchester does is to connect environmental resources to our community. See our sidebar for links to green organizations, our partners, some great ideas, and other online resources. Come visit our new office at 450 Washington Street (corner of Park Street) in Dorchester where you can pick up for FREE community gardening flyers, a Boston Bikes Map, Edible Boston magazine (GreenDorchester is an advertiser in the Fall 2011 issue) and lots of other useful community greening resources on the resources table in the lobby. There is ample bike and vehicle parking available. Let us know you’re here and we can meet!
Check out our Director’s GreenDorchester blog.
GreenDorchester promotes community information-sharing online, which is one way anyone can participate in making Dorchester healthier. By bringing your ideas to the table for discussion, GreenDorchester becomes aware of issues that resonate with folks, and figure out ways to help. We help connect folks with similar ideas.
